A: Our average lead-times for sampling are 7-10 working days and for production 21-28 working days. Please check our products for specific lead-times.

A: Our minimum order quantity depends on the type of product, but as we are direct manufacturer, MOQ is flexible, we could support as much as we can. Usually,
1. MOQ of paper boxes is 1,000pcs; MOQ of recycled paper mailers is 10,000pcs / size;
2. MOQ of recycled polybags is 5,000pcs/size; MOQ of bio-degradable bags is 10,000pcs / size.

A: Sure ! Once pricing and production details are confirmed, we will always provide customers pre-production samples for confirmation before bulk production.

1. 7 - 10 days for recycled polybags; 10 - 15 days for bio-degradable bags;
2. 7 - 10 days for common paper boxes, 15 - 21 days for recycled paper printing products or gift boxes.
